My name is Debbian Barr, known on stage as Royal Deb. I was born and raised in the Parish of St. Ann, Jamaica. Growing up, Reggae music was the heartbeat of my community. Legends like Bob Marley and Gregory Isaacs were my idols. Reggae didn’t just fill our dance halls; it poured into the streets, creating impromptu dance parties that lasted all night. Those vibrant experiences fueled my dream of performing on a large stage in America. In the 1980s, I moved to America, got married, and raised four wonderful children. Now, my dream of becoming a Reggae artist has come true. I have released four songs and four music videos. But my talents don’t stop there—I'm also a martial artist.
